How it Works
The NEXU HT-128+ is a distributed cable test system that allows you to wirelessly network up to 8 individual testers to each wire harness branch connector avoiding a single, centralized tester with its multiple return adapter cables.Â
This distributed approach allows you to efficiently deploy the HT-128+ across complex wiring systems to achieve the desired wire harness test coverage. The HT-128+ user interface reduces product complexity and operator training. Simply connect each tester to its corresponding harness connector using product specific interface adapters, select any unit to act as the system host, retrieve the test program from host memory, wirelessly link the HT-128+s together and begin testing.
The HT-128+ performs continuity and other wiring diagnostics for each wire in the harness. Faults such as opens, shorts, mis-wires, high or low resistance, diode faults and passive circuit voltages are reported to the user within seconds.Â
